1. All returned goods must be accompanied by a Zepak sales order number. A 25% restocking charge will apply
to all returns. Products returned must be in good resalable condition and must have prior Zepak
approval in order to be returned. Custom or special order non-stock products are not returnable, unless
there is confirmed Manufacturers defect.

2. Our standard payment terms are Net-30days from date of invoice.

3. Credit card purchases are allowed the day of the sale or in advance of the purchase. The use of a credit card after
terms have been extended is prohibited.

4. All close-out item sales are final and not returnable.
